EASTON TIMBER FINISHES
VICTORIAN ASH
Victorian Ash timber can range from a pale pink to pale yellow or brownish colour. The heartwood and sapwood colours are generally quite hard to tell apart, with sapwood 25 to 50mm wide.
Featuring a moderately course texture and a predominately straight grain, Victorian ash may be wavy in parts resulting in a fiddle back appearance. Gum veins are also a common appearance feature.
TASMANIAN OAK TIMBER VENEER
A premium Australian versatile hardwood timber, it encompasses three species that grow in the mountainous areas of Tasmania, Victoria and South East NSW.
This smooth finished timber veneer often has heavy interlocked grain which makes it perfect for indoor furniture.
